1.How long before my translated document is ready?
All jobs are handled on an individual basis but generally speaking small documents can be translated in less than 5 days. For larger jobs we will always quote a delivery date after seeing the document.

2.Will the translated document look the same?
Yes, your document will have the same colours, size and layout in all languages although right to left languages may have elements that are mirrored. Fonts will be matched as closely as possible.

3.Which publishing formats do you support?
We can provide tranlated documents in most DTP / design and publishing formats from Front Page to InDesign.

4.Do I need my translation to be certified?
A letter of authentication accompanies all our translated documents as standard procedure. However if your translated document is to be used for official or legal purposes it will need to be certified. This confirms its accuracy for acceptance by the relevant government authorities and courts of law.

Legal certifications are carried out by legal representatives whose credentials have been checked and approved to our high standards. These document are accepted by, for example, the British Home Office.
